Antioxidant 1076

Antioxidant 1076 is phenolic antioxidant and is white powder. It has the advantages of  high oxidation resistance and good compatibility. It is widely used in polyoxymethylene, polyethylene, polystyrene, polypropylene, ABS resin, engineering plastics,polyvinyl chloride, elastomers, synthetic fibers,  waxes, adhesives, and synthetics. In petroleum and rubber products, it can prevent thermal oxidative degradation of the substrate. It can be added to the product during the polymerization, production or final use stage. It is also used together with auxiliary antioxidants 168 and DLTP, etc. To perform a synergistic effect to reach a better antioxidant performance.The usual dosage in the substrate is usually 0.1%~0.5%.

Features 

Antioxidant 1076 is enviromental friendly and non-toxic phenolic antioxidant. It is not soluble in organic solvent such as benzene,chlorofrom,acetone,cyclohexane. It is stable to light , not polluting, not coloring, and has low volatility. It is not soluble in water and can prevent the polymer materials from thermal oxidative degradation during long time aging.
